PROGRESS IN PRACTICE WEBINARS

How Canada can integrate and retain internationally educated nurses
A stable and sufficient supply of nurses continues to be one of Canada’s greatest health-care challenges. Global migration of nurses to Canada is part of the answer, so it is essential that internationally educated nurses (IENs) who work in this country have the opportunity to practise their profession fully and contribute to the health-care system. This webinar will provide an overview of a Health Canada-funded project that is identifying factors for successful integration, retention and career advancement of IENs.
