What the latest workforce and supply numbers mean for nursing

In June 2015, the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) Regulated Nurses, 2014 report revealed that the supply of nurses in Canada has declined for the first time in almost two decades, even though the growth of the regulated nursing workforce was stable over the last 10 years. Find out exactly what these workforce and supply numbers are and what they mean in this webinar. In the first segment, CIHI will provide an overview of the report’s findings. In the second, CNA will discuss what these results mean for nursing, the health system and the health of Canadians.
